5 Products to Buy this Month

I'm back telling you how to spend your pennies in the month of June. I've been in a serious makeup shakeup the past few weeks and have almost completely changed my entire routine for some old products I never really used too much, and a handful of new gems. Here are five products you definitely should add to your stash.

It's taken me quite a long time to really get behind the LORAC Pro Palette, so this recommendation comes with a lot of research behind it. Besides the fact that the palette gets incredibly dirty no matter what you do, the color payoff makes this one a must have. It has a great range of neutrals and no-so neutral adventurous shades that make it just different enough to warrant a buy.

I don't think I've truly proclaimed how amazing the Urban Decay Revolution Lipsticks are (pictured here is a great every day color "Rush"). They're thick, but in the good kind of way that you know your lips are being moisturized, protected, and you won't have to reapply every few hours. The packaging is swoon worthy and the pigmentation on point. I definitely need to add a few more to the duo I currently have.

For blush it's been nothing but Max Factor X Blush in "Seductive Pink" since it landed at my doorstep thanks to ChrissyLilly. If you have easy access to this range, you need this perfectly pink blush in your life. It's a no fuss kind of color that just looks good. Period.

If you're looking for a new base to test out, the Covergirl Ready, Set Gorgeous foundation is sure to surprise you. I'm always skeptical about drugstore foundations, but this one rivals the big dogs in texture, longevity, and shade range. It teeters between light and medium coverage and leaves a nice dewy/satin finish to the skin. Plus I actually really enjoy the packaging because I know I'll be able to get the last drops out no problem when the time comes.

butterLONDON's WINK Eye Pencil in "Union Jack" is definitely worth a test out this month. It's comparable to the Urban Decay eye pencils in consistency, pigmentation, and lasting power, but the not-quite-black-blue color is just so fun. I'm making a mental note to keep exploring the butterLONDON makeup lines in the future.

So whether you're off to the beach or still slaving away at your day job like me, add these five products to your shopping list this month to add a little extra oomph to your collection.

xoxo Kayla
