This Week's Most Loved #58

I'm oddly excited about this week's most loved products. It's bright, exciting, and filled with a lot of good stuff. Let's start with non beauty favorites first as I think I'm most excited about those.

Up first is my Erin Condren Life Planner. I've talked about it a bit before on this blog, but I've really been showing it some love on my lifestyle blog. It's just perfect. I've had planners I've loved before, but this has taken my addiction to a whole other level. So much so that I've started rocking this Planner Addict necklace to let the world know just how obsessed I am. It's so incredibly light and easy to wear, plus you can get it in other colors!

Finally my boyfriend Alex made me this 3D printed elephant that I just can't get over. How. Cute. Is. It!? It even moves which just blows my mind. It's the kind of adorable thing I wish I could send to all of you! (Maybe I'll give a few away just for fun!? What do you think?)

Now on to the beauty bits. Moisture has been key this week with record breaking lows (-18 before the windchill anyone?) so the Tarte Clean Slate Flawless Primer mixed in with the Stila One Step Correct have been helping my skin not fall off. Although it's a primer, it also acts as a moisturizer. It blends in like a dream and my skin is ready to face the blistery winds. Two in one products are my loves and this one is no exception.

With Valentine's Day last week and in an effort to brighten up my dull winter skin, I've been putting the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette to good use. Everyone and their sister knows about the Naked 3 palette so I won't rant on, but it's always interesting to see which of the Naked palettes I am gravitating towards at the moment...

For lips the Revlon ColorBurst Lacquer Balm in "Vivacious" is just enough pink/red to celebrate Valentine's Day without going too far in the red zone for a inside the makeup box gal like me. It's more hydrating in my opinion than the other Revlon balm lines and doesn't settle into a stain as quickly. I really do need to pick up more of these.

I go back and forth on what I like to use for my brows and this week it's been the Chella Dazzling Dark Brown Brow Pencil. Sometimes I want my brows to be a bit darker than normal and this excels exceptionally well without being over the top or too much.

Finally in an effort to feel like spring will eventually return one day, I've been wearing Essie's "Splash of Grenadine" on my nails. I've been filming a lot of no face just hands types of videos lately so nail polish is a must. This polish is the easiest of my Essie polishes to apply and the not quite pink/purple shade is stunning. The biggest problem I have is forcing myself to wear something else!

What products have you been loving this week?

xoxo Kayla

  1. These all sound lovely and that nail polish color is so gorgeous. I think that necklace is so cool too and so does your planner.

  2. oh that primer combo sounds awesome. I just recently picked up the Tarte Amazonian Full Coverage foundation, I haven't been using it long enough to know my thoughts.
