This Week's Most Loved #34

Moving to a new apartment did wonders to mixing up my makeup routine. As soon as I opened that first makeup box I rediscovered a lot of products (as well as changed how I store my makeup).

I've really been enjoying the Pupa Like a Doll Cream Blush in "Doll Pink" (€13, 60). I find it's best to use with a brush like the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush so the application isn't blotchy. It's a very sheer blush, but using the brush and taking a little extra time does wonders in helping build this product up to a nice peachy pink on the cheeks. I've also rediscovered the Bobbi Brown Corrector in "Light Bisque" ($25). This works amazing under the eye to brighten things up and mask dark circles while still looking natural. No matter how much I love the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, this stuff is much lighter and great for days where I've managed to get more sleep than usual.

Essie's "Mezmerized" ($8.50) has graced my toes all summer and I have yet to mention it. It's the perfect royal blue that always looks so good in summer. I swear I pull this baby out every year for flip flop season and don't think about another color all summer. Maybe I should branch out, but until then it's just me and "mezmerized".

What products have you been loving this week?

xoxo Kayla

  2. Great Essie shade, first time I've seen Pupa in years outside of Italy, great to see it's still around and featured on your blog.

  3. Wowza the blush is gorgeous! How is it that I've never heard of Pupa before? *slaps self awake*

Congrats on your move! That's always a lot of work but it is nice to rediscover items whilst packing/unpacking. You should snap some photos of your new place once everything is set up.

  4. I love mezmerised! It's stunning!

  5. The Bobbi Brown corrector sounds worth a try, I've had really bad dark circles lately (not sure why!) This sounds worth a try xx
