I don't have the most extensive brush collection, but who needs a bunch when you have five rock stars? It's taken me some time to acquire the perfect handful of tools, but I'm finally happy with my little brush family. First up on the left is the Real Techniques Buffing Brush. I got this in the Core Collection Set ($18) about a year ago and have been using it on and off since. I have a weird aversion to pressed powders, but this brush does wonders at blending out an overly prominent blush application or just making my entire face look perfect. I never seem to give it the credit it deserves!

You've heard me rant and rave over the Mirabella Eye Blender Brush ($19) before so I won't go too crazy with the details. I'm pretty sure the price of Mirabella's brushes has gone down because I thought this brush was around $26 last time I talked about it. It's a fantastically soft brush that blends effortlessly. It also holds product really well for being so fluffy. For shadow I've become enamored with my Crown Infinity Blending Fluff Brush C460 ($4.99). It just works so well at getting the shadow on the lid with minimal fall out.

Since I've had my Real Techniques Expert Face Brush ($9) I've been constantly and consistently wowed by how great it is. It's fantastic at blending in foundations or BB creams and leaves a nice finish. The bristles are dense but still soft too which is always a bonus. I've scrapped my Real Techniques Blush Brush in exchange for my new Crown Deluxe Angle Blush Brush SS013 ($7.98). It's smaller than the RT brush so it's a lot easier to get blush right where I want it. The angle of it has also been super helpful at applying blush. I didn't know what I was missing on the angled brush front!

What are some of your favorite brushes to use?

xoxo Kayla
